Rednecks....born or made?

 I was born and raised in the peach state; good ol' Georgia. Does this automatically make me a redneck? Not necessarily. Maybe the best place to start this blog is by discovering what exactly defines a redneck?

For instance, are all rednecks from the South? Do all rednecks live in manufactured housing? Do all rednecks love NASCAR?
